How will our current process change?

Not much:

When your customer accepts a workers’ compensation policy from IPS,
we will need a payroll report each period, broken down by class code.
With authorization from the customer, their premium will also be drafted
from their payroll and sent to IPS. We take care of everything else!

Do I need an insurance license?

No:

Our staff includes fully licensed agents that can handle all insurance
related transactions.

Are you going to sell my client list or give it to other payroll services?

Absolutely Not!

We fully respect the privacy of you and your clients. All information that we
receive will be used for insurance purposes, only.

Do I need to have special software?

No.

Our technical specialists will be able to set up a data-feed tailored to
your current system.
